Your Home CNY Realty, LLC has recently adopted the following procedures regarding how we deal with buyers in order to create a uniform procedure moving forward with each buyer to avoid any potential discrimination. Our newest policies are as follows:
We DO NOT ask buyers to show ID prior to showing them properties.
We DO REQUIRE that every Buyer sign an Exclusive Broker Agency Agreement.
We DO REQUIRE that every Buyer provide us with a valid pre-approval or proof of funds if using cash to purchase, prior to showing them properties.
