Your Home CNY Realty, LLC has recently adopted the following procedures regarding how we deal with buyers in order to create a uniform procedure moving forward with each buyer to avoid any potential discrimination. Our newest policies are as follows:

We do NOT ask buyers to provide ID prior to showing them properties.

We DO REQUIRE that every buyer sign an Exclusive Broker Agency Agreement.

We DO REQUIRE that each and every buyer provide us with a valid pre-approval letter (or proof of funds, if purchasing with cash) prior to being shown properties.
